About the Event
Come help us shape a new path to business funding for women entrepreneurs.
The She Can Work Capital Access Think Tank brings women entrepreneurs, lenders, funders, investors, and ecosystem organizations together to reimagine what capital readiness and capital access should look like.
ABOUT THE EVENT
There are a lot of perspectives on how to increase access to capital for women business owners. Entrepreneurs know what it feels like to pursue funding. Lenders and other capital providers understand what they need to see before capital can be deployed. Organizations like She Can Work see the gaps that often exist between the two.
On October 8, we’re bringing those perspectives into the same room.
The Capital Access Think Tank is an interactive morning designed to surface ideas, experiences, and opportunities for creating more and better communication, more and better funding pathways, more and better access to capital, and more successful businesses.
If you are a woman entrepreneur, your voice matters here. You do not need to be a funding expert or have raised capital before. Your experience building your business, navigating funding, preparing for opportunities, or simply trying to understand what comes next is part of the perspective we need.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not a traditional workshop or panel event. Expect an interactive morning where entrepreneurs and capital ecosystem partners contribute to the conversation together.
You can expect:
Multiple perspectives on capital readiness and access
Interactive activities designed to surface how entrepreneurs experience the funding process
Honest conversations about what is working, what is not, and where gaps remain
Opportunities to share your own experiences and ideas
A look at how these insights will inform the ongoing work of the She Can Work Capital Council
